On August 10, a State District Court in Bexar County granted the City of San Antonio and Bexar County authority to temporarily issue a mask-mandate against the Governor’s current order prohibiting mask mandates.
In light of this, the Bexar County Health Authority has issued a directive requiring universal indoor mask wearing in schools for all students and employees in Bexar County schools.
SST Schools in Bexar County will follow the health directives at this time.
Thus, effective August 10, 2021, at all SST Schools in San Antonio, masks are required for SST faculty, staff, students, volunteers and visitors when indoors at school or at school activities.
SST Schools in San Antonio will provide masks to students and staff who need them.
